Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Detailed Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Cancellation requests must include Order ID and registered email address.

  • Once the order is processed for shipment or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy if eligible for a return.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  1. Email support@dancingparrot.in

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Name

    • Reason for Cancellation

  • Our support team will confirm if the order is still eligible.

  • If the order has not been dispatched, cancellation will be processed immediately.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is accepted:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Since payment has not been collected, the order is simply cancelled.

4. Cancellation by Dancing Parrot

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or undeliverable delivery address

  • Logistics service unavailable at the location

Refund: If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Bulk Orders & Reseller Purchases

Our products are intended for personal use.
Orders suspected for resale, unauthorized distribution, or bulk commercial use may be cancelled at our discretion.

6. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipped order:

  • The order will be treated as cancelled by the customer.

  • Any shipping charges or return shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

7. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, changes to products, quantities, or delivery address may not always be possible.

  • Customers should verify all details before confirming the order.

  • If modification is required, contact support immediately. We will attempt to accommodate requests before the order is processed.

8. Processing Time for Cancellation Requests

  • Requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.

  • Customers will receive confirmation of cancellation and refund status via email or SMS.
